Western Window Systems is as passionate about giving back to the community as it is about having fun. That’s why, when the time came for the company to turn in its foosball table for a newer model, the decision of what to do with the old one was a snap.

“For me, the decision to donate the table to our local Boys & Girls Clubs was a natural one,” says Rob Robichaud, human resources director. “Growing up, I learned about teamwork and determination at two Boys & Girls Clubs locations. I spent many days ‘in battle’ at the foosball table.”

A team of Western Window Systems employees delivered the foosball table to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Phoenix on Wednesday, February 18. The organization’s unit director, Bella Miller, had the following to say about the donation:

“Our Club kids were thrilled to see the new foosball table. They couldn’t wait to play on it. In fact, that’s all they played the day it was brought in! Having additional game room equipment gives kids that don’t usually play an opportunity to participate.”
