The Series 7600 Multi-Slide Door features a .30 U-value for standard, low-E, argon-filled dual-pane glass. A thermally broken sill helps reduce energy consumption, which is a bonus for Florida homeowners.
Similarly, Toll Brothers chose to consider energy efficiency for its homes at luxury home community Turquesa in Scottsdale, Arizona. The heat of the Arizon desert made energy performance a critical part of the design, answered by the use of the Series 7600 Multi-Slide Door and the Series 7950 Bi-Fold Door. The incorporation of fully opening walls gives the homes a resort-like feel, while the high performance products allowed the builder to meet high standards for effiency – even in the southwest.
The Series 7950 Bi-Fold Door also has a .30 U-value for standard, low-E, argon-filled dual-pane glass, plus a signature aluminum extrusion design utilizing proprietary Insulbar technology that further reduces energy consumption.
