Marco Solorzano

You can teach technique and you can teach knowledge, but one thing you can’t teach is effort.

That’s what makes an employee like windows team member Marco Solorzano so valuable.

“Marco has an amazing work ethic,” says manager Karl Price. “And he never misses work without a good reason.”

Price also says that Marco, who started with the company in September 2016, values self-improvement.

“He is continuously striving to grow his talents, and in doing so,” Price says, “he is always looking for ways to streamline the department.”

And in the core value of partnership, Marco takes co-worker relationships seriously.

“He is willing to help other departments when they are behind,” Price says, “and it’s great that he is always willing to help train new employees.”

Congratulations to Marco Solorzano, Western Window Systems’ day shift shop employee of the month for September.
