Jaime Imbody

When it comes to working on the windows and glass team, Jaime Imbody has a clear vision for his work: look, learn, and lead.

“He is very meticulous and takes pride in his work and the work that’s being done around him,” department manager Karl Price says.

Imbody began working at Western Window Systems in June 2017. “Since day one of his employment, he continues to learn a position quickly,” says Price. “He enjoys cross-training opportunities and routinely asks for more.”

Imbody is a willing and capable department lead backup with a focus on keeping things moving. “By helping to split the workload between each step, productivity flow isn’t interrupted,” Price says. “If someone is struggling at a step in the process, he jumps in to help without hesitation.”
